We take great pride in the quality of our products and curated boxes and we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 10 days of receiving.
We cannot accept returns on packaged food items and claims will not be accepted after 15 days from the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows any evidence of prior use or alteration.
In the event your products are damaged from shipping, please photograph the damaged product, and include a note in the email as to how you would like for us to resolve your claim to email@example.com
